Explanation of Investor Number

Depending on your selected holding type you can find the investor number by viewing a holding statement:

• Your Investor Number starts with an 'I' if you are Issuer Sponsored or 'X' if you are sponsored by a broker (CHESS) and is to be found on your previous holding statements.
• A Share Certificate will show a reference number that begins with a leading "C".
• A Unitholder Statement will show a unitholder number that is a ten digit number. This number may start with a “U” or be referred to as Unitholder Number or Investor/Investment Reference.
• A Structured Product Confirmation letter will show an investor reference that is a ten digit number starting with 'P'.

For all of the above types, please enter your investor number leaving off any letters and the leading zeros.
